Our retreat is more than a weekend a way, it’s life changing. It will help you to

Come and cleanse your body and mind, explore body-centered mindfulness and learn how to use your body as a mindfulness tool to shift habits through mood, food, language and the body. You get an integrated approach to wellness, which means it not only enlivens your body and mind during your stay, but you will be left with tools and natural desire to live life better.

During your retreat you will be nourished with “live foods” whilst detoxing your body and mind. You will leave with a sense of wellbeing, high-levels of calm energy, and emotional balance.

This week long mindful detox retreat near Johannesburg at Mokoya Lodge, an hour from Johannesburg will Explore how to practice mindfulness everywhere, anywhere and in every moment. It will involve:

  • Daily movement and mindful meditation (restorative BodySensing movement, Yoga and mindfulness meditation sessions focusing on releasing, realigning and restoring)
  • Learning all about mindfulness and how to practice it
  • Mindful walks in nature
  • Delicious vegan food
  • Daily discussions and dialogue

Yasmin Lambat is a Mindfulness Coach and Somatic movement therapist with a fascination for the body/mind connection. It led to her creating a simple movement therapy called BodySensing. Easier than Yoga or Pilates, BodySensing influences the nervous system through movement to reduce stress, relieve pain and restore wellbeing.dsc_0508_1

nic food demoNicholas is a food and wellness coach who facilitates wellness through gut healing and facilitates mindful yoga, bodysensing, somatic coaching, food growing (feedmegreen) and nutritional programs (feelgoodsmoothies).

Being in wonder of how we can supercharge ourselves through nature, Nicholas finds purpose in helping people to experience healthy living through mindfulness, eating for energy as well as growing energizing food. His discovery of the healing benefits of eating simple whole food has led to creating therapeutic cleanse programs that can be created easily in any kitchen.

Following a moderate and holistic approach to food and wellness, means he works through an emotional, nutritional and body-centered approach to wellbeing.
